UANATACA in compliance with the provisions of the European Regulation nº2016 / 679 General of Data Protection, as well as any applicable national regulations, guarantees the proper protection of the personal data of the users and for this purpose it has developed this Privacy Policy .

Purpose of the treatment

UANATACA has a duty to inform users that all their personal data provided is processed for the following purposes:

  • Provision of Trusted Electronic Services. The data are collected through the appropriate contract and are treated in order to carry out the electronic services requested and contracted by users, all based on the provisions of the UANATACA Certification Practices Statement that can be found in this Web page.

  • Respond to inquiries and requests for information. The data is collected through the contact form available in the “Contact” section and will be used exclusively to manage the queries and requests received.

  • Attend technical inquiries. The data is collected through the contact form available in the “API” section and will be used exclusively to manage queries and requests received on technical issues and related to APIs.

  • Subscription to the Newsletter. The data is collected through the Newsletter subscription form and will be used for sending news, events, blog entries and in general any type of information relevant to the user related to the services and / or products offered by UANATACA.

  • Download of whitepapers. The data is collected using the form available in the section of each corresponding product, these will be used to send the whitepapers requested by the user.

  • Price simulator. The data is collected through a form for the use of the price simulator tool at the request of the user, the data will be used to send the price simulation chosen by the user.

  • Marketing actions. The data is collected through the different forms of the website, with the user's consent, they are used to inform about the different products and / or services of UANATACA, as well as future promotions, offers and other commercial actions.

UANATACA informs you that the personal data provided will only be processed for the purposes described above and will not be treated incompatible with them.

Legitimation of the treatment

In accordance with the stated purposes of treatment, the legal basis for the processing of users' personal data is:

  • The legitimacy of the treatment for the Provision of Trusted Electronic Services is the execution of the contract for the requested services, where the user is part of it.

  • The legitimacy of the treatment to: attend the queries and requests, technical consultations, subscription to the newsletter, download of whitepapers, price simulator and marketing actions is based on the consent of the interested party. This consent is given expressly and unequivocally, by means of a positive and pre-shipment action, by accepting the conditions and the privacy policy or by clicking on the box that appears on the corresponding form and prior to the processing of your data.

Such consent can be withdrawn at any time by sending an email to info@uanataca.com.

Data processed and conservation

The categories of personal data processed by UANATACA, by way of example but not limited to, include identifying data (name, surname and identity) and contact information (postal address, email and telephone).

Personal data will be kept as long as they are necessary to respond to inquiries and requests, until the end of the contractual relationship and subsequently, during the legally required deadlines according to each case.

Data transfer

Personal data will not be transferred to third parties except under legal obligation, nor will international transfers be made.

User Rights
  • Confirmation. All users have the right to obtain confirmation about whether UANATACA is processing personal data that concerns them.

  • Access and rectification. Users have the right to access all their personal data, as well as request the rectification of those that are inaccurate or erroneous.

  • Deletion / cancellation. Users may request the deletion / cancellation of the data when, among other reasons, they are not necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.

  • Limitation and opposition. The user may request the limitation of the processing so that their personal data is not applied in the corresponding operations. In certain circumstances and for reasons related to their particular situation, the user may oppose the processing of data, being UANATACA obliged to stop processing them, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defense.

  • Portability. The interested parties may request that their personal data be sent to them or transmitted to another person in charge, in a structured electronic format and of habitual use.

To exercise their rights, users can send a request to the email address info@uanataca.com or send a letter to the address indicated in the information section of the Data Controller. In said petition, they must attach a copy of their identity document and clearly indicate the right to be exercised.

Intellectual and industrial property

The intellectual property rights of the UANATACA website, its source code, design, navigation structure, databases and in general all the information and elements contained therein are owned by Uanataca, S.A. to whom corresponds the exclusive exercise of the rights of exploitation of them in any form and, especially, the rights of reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation.

The visualisation, printing and partial downloading of the content of the web page is authorized only and exclusively if the following conditions concur: 1) That it is compatible with the purposes of the web page 2) That it is carried out with the sole purpose of obtaining the information contained for personal and private use.
